What should be in a digital preservation strategic plan?

The Trusted Digital Repository Standard requires the creation of a Preservation Strategic Plan. It spesificly requires planning for what would happen in the case of a repository going under, but it seems like there is a need for other kinds of things in that plan that aren't mentioned. So, what catigories of information should be in a digital preservation stratigic plan for an institution. Further, are there any good examples of what this document might look like?

As for your second question (examples): one of my colleagues has recently put together an overview of published preservation policies. This was done as part of the SCAPE project. See link below:

This includes links to strategy documents from various institutions, which might be just what you're looking for.
